It's me again!!!!EMS had an open house feeding 350 people, catered by Smokin'Dave's, (his wife,2 sons and a young man I will call Dad). THE VERY BEST LUNCHEON EVER .One vendor said "this was the best open house meal I had ever eaten in his life & I have been to a lot of open houses". Congratulation to Smokin'Dave. The full Thanksgiving meal without a flaw. 350 people can not be wrong.....Thank You !

Smokin Dave's has catered us several time. We found EVERTHING excellent. The ribs and veggies are very tasty and cooked to perfection......I plan to use Smokin Dave's in the future. I recommend anyone needed a caterer to try Smokin Dave's....
